2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users registering on behalf of a company must have the authority to bind the entity to these terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and technology on the platform are owned by Park and Go. You may not use, copy, or distribute content from the platform without our written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection We collect and manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data without consent.

9. Changes to Terms Park and Go may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Park and Go provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Muntinlupa City.
